Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Brilliant Minds Consulting, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality educational consulting, tutoring, professional development, grant writing assistance, test preparation, and related consulting services. Because our services require advance planning, preparation, and the reservation of time and resources, the following refund policy applies.
1. Consulting and Professional Services
All consulting fees, coaching fees, professional development fees, and service retainers are non-refundable once services have begun.
If a client cancels a scheduled service at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment or event, the client may reschedule the service at no additional charge.
Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session and applicable fees.
2. Tutoring Services
Tutoring sessions canceled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be rescheduled.
Sessions canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
Prepaid tutoring packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another student upon approval by Brilliant Minds Consulting, LLC.
3. Workshops, Trainings, and Boot Camps
Registration fees for workshops, seminars, ACT preparation programs, PRAXIS preparation programs, and professional development trainings are non-refundable.
If Brilliant Minds Consulting, LLC cancels an event, participants may choose one of the following:
- A full refund;
- A credit toward a future event; or
- Transfer to a rescheduled session.
4. Grant Writing Services
Because grant writing services involve significant research, preparation, and document development, all fees paid for grant writing services are non-refundable.
No guarantee is made regarding grant approval or funding decisions by third-party agencies.
5. Digital Products and Educational Materials
All sales of digital products, downloadable resources, assessments, templates, and educational materials are final and non-refundable.
6. Service Dissatisfaction
If a client is dissatisfied with a service provided, the client must notify Brilliant Minds Consulting, LLC in writing within seven (7) business days of the service date. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and determine an appropriate resolution.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests resulting from documented medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Brilliant Minds Consulting, LLC.
